In mining process, oil field will produce a large number of associated gases. In oilfield production areas we can often see the associated gas “burning torch”, and it also seems to be a hallmark of oilfield. Associated gas contains hydrogen sulfide, carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide with corrosive toxic media, great pollution to the environment.In the past, the backwardness of the technology could not thoroughly process corrosive and toxic ingredients in associated gas, so that associated gas cannot be recovered and utilized, and the vast majority of them was vented burned, resulting in a waste of energy, serious pollution to the environment.With the global emphasis on environmental protection, clean energy is imperative, effective use of oil associated gas has been paid more and more attention, and extinguished “the torch” is the trend of the times. Oilfield associated gas recovery technology promotion and application can not only let the oil fields of the energy consumption indicators "negative growth, but also produces a certain amount of natural gas which not only can be used in the fields production and life base, but also can be transported to the foreign countries, to create benefits for the oil field.In order to adapt to the remote single well oil and gas recovery, our company has developed modular, skid type, and miniaturization of oil gas recovery processing device, which basically can solve the problems of the recovery of the domestic and foreign remote wells venting gas, natural gas.Because, the Kazakhstan has 50 billion m3 associated gas to be processed, with the market value of about $40 billion. At present, Kazakhstan has expressly prohibited any enterprise discharge, or set off gas. It compulsively requires dealing with the associated gas in the drilling process. We believe that Kazakhstan associated gas treatment market has great potential and high rate of return on investment, and our company has entered the field and has carried out related work. The first set of 150 Thousand Cube associated gas treatment equipment put into operation in June 2018.
